Gold's Gym Paramus is simply THE BEST. For the past two years, I have been taking part in the Group Exercise programs (Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Blast) and though I am often the only "guy" in a class filled with thirty-something moms, I feel right at home. That's because all the talented and incredibly professional staffers at Gold's Gym makes you feel like you are part of the family. (By the way, the Group exercise classes are great. What a workout -- and fun too!)
ReplyDeleteThe owners, Art and Mike, operate the most user-friendly facility I have ever entered. The instructors and trainers, many of whom have been at Gold's for a decade or more, are ego-less --- they are there to help make YOU a fitter and healthier person. Gold's is run like a well-oiled machine -- everything is clean and in tip-top working condition. In two years, not a single class I have attended has ever been cancelled. (At my last gym, it was "hit or miss" as to whether an instructor would show up!).
Honestly and truly, joining Gold's Gym Paramus is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Gary 100000%. Gold's Gym is simply the best!!!!! From classes, instructors, cleanliness etc. I couldn't ask for more in a gym. This groupon is totalllly worth the money! Come in and take a class, you'll be addicted real fast!!
